Pricing Packages
We like to keep our pricing simple, so we offer a range of packages from 2 hours up to full day support. At Llawen Companionship, we believe everyone deserves to enjoy connection, companionship and support.
If you’re looking for help you might qualify for Direct Payments or benefits like Attendance Allowance, which could help cover the cost of visits, activities and transport.
Hourly Support Fees
2 hour minimum: £25 per hour
Includes:
- Friendly conversation and meaningful engagement.
- Indoor activities (e.g., looking at photos, films, puzzles, reading, or games).
- Light outdoor walks or errands.
Half Day Support Fees
Up to 4 hours: £100
Includes:
- Personalised companionship tailored to individuals interests.
- Local outings (e.g., cafés, parks, or shopping trips).
- Transportation assistance
- Light meal or snack preparation.
Full Day Support Fees
Up to 8 hours: £200
Includes:
- A full day of meaningful companionship and activities.
- Day trips, event attendance, or special outings.
- Planning and organising the days schedule.
- Transportation assistance (within 20 miles).
Please note: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel a visit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full rate, except in special circumstances.
The first 5 miles from our base to your home address are included at no additional cost, with any mileage beyond this charged at £0.55 per mile in line with HMRC approved mileage rates.
Optional Add-Ons
- Additional Travel – £0.55 per mile for travel during outings.
- Out-of-Area Visits – A supplementary charge may apply for visits outside Conwy County. This will be discussed and agreed during the initial assessment.
- Meals & Activities – Any associated costs are the responsibility of the client and will be agreed in advance.
- Special Requests – Tailored support can be arranged, with pricing provided based on your individual requirements.
