For some members of our community, however, these everyday pleasures can become difficult. Limited transport, reduced mobility, or simply not having someone to share these moments with can make even the simplest tasks a challenge.

Whether it’s visiting a loved one to share a friendly chat and make a cup of tea, helping a neighbour with shopping and essential errands, accompanying someone on a trip out to a place of their choice, supporting participation in structured community activities, or providing companionship for an individual looking for extra support, our services are designed to bring independence, connection, and wellbeing to everyday life.
Every service we provide is tailored to the individual. From companionship and practical support to transport, outings, and community engagement, we focus on what will make each day brighter, more fulfilling, and enjoyable.
We understand that life can be busy, and you can’t always be there. Whether you’re a family member looking after an elderly relative, a social prescriber supporting a client, or an individual seeking companionship and support, Llawen Companionship is here to provide reliable, compassionate support whenever it’s needed.

Pricing Packages
We like to keep our pricing simple, so we offer a range of packages from 2 hours up to full day support. At Llawen Companionship, we believe everyone deserves to enjoy connection, companionship and support.
If you’re looking for help you might qualify for Direct Payments or benefits like Attendance Allowance, which could help cover the cost of visits, activities and transport.
Hourly Support Fees
2 hour minimum: £22 per hour
Includes:
- Friendly conversation and meaningful engagement.
- Indoor activities (e.g., looking at photos, films, puzzles, reading, or games).
- Light outdoor walks or errands.
Half Day Support Fees
Up to 4 hours: £88
Includes:
- Personalised companionship tailored to individuals interests.
- Local outings (e.g., cafés, parks, or shopping trips).
- Transportation assistance (within 10 miles).
- Light meal or snack preparation.
Full Day Support Fees
Up to 8 hours: £176
Includes:
- A full day of meaningful companionship and activities.
- Day trips, event attendance, or special outings.
- Planning and organising the days schedule.
- Transportation assistance (within 20 miles).
Please note: Weekend and evening rates will be charged hourly at time and a half, and any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full rate, unless under special circumstances.
Optional Add-Ons:
Extra Travel - £0.45 per mile from home address
Out of area support visits - We charge a supplement charge for areas outside of the Conwy County. This will be discussed and agreed at the time of assessment.
Meal/Activity Costs - Charged at cost (all expenses pre-agreed).
Specialised Requests - Tailored services, with pricing provided individually based on your needs. We want to make sure everything is as transparent and flexible as possible to meet your unique requirements. Please reach out for any questions or specific requests.
